A short account of what data stays on this site, why it is needed and how you can manage it.
Updated 26 August 2026
Who is responsible for this data
The hoogo.dev website belongs to Hoogo. We build our own products — BizFin and BizCalc — and we are responsible for the data that stays on this site.
The products run on their own websites and have their own privacy policies. Whatever you enter inside BizFin or BizCalc is not covered by this policy.
Data you leave yourself
The only place on the site where you write about yourself is the “Write to us” form: name, email, phone, topic and the text of your request.
This data is used only to reply. Your request gets a number and enters the support queue, and a confirmation arrives in your inbox. The phone number helps when the message alone does not make it clear how to help.
Please do not send passwords, bank details or other people’s personal data through the form — it is not meant for that.
Data stored without your involvement
As on any website, the technical logs keep the page address, request time, browser type and IP address. They are needed for security and troubleshooting — and for nothing else.
The form is protected by a “you are not a robot” check (Cloudflare Turnstile). It looks at the technical signals of the request but does not read the text you send.
Cookies and analytics
Your browser stores small files — cookies. The necessary ones keep your language, theme and this consent: without them the site will not work properly.
Analytics cookies appear only after you agree — they are used by Google Analytics 4. The anonymous statistics show which pages people open, how long they read and where they come from. Your IP address is not kept in the reports, and the data cannot identify an individual.
Until you agree, no cookies are set: Google receives only an anonymous signal about a page view, without identifiers. If you choose “necessary only”, it stays that way.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Who gets access to the data
We do not sell data and do not pass it to advertisers. Access is limited to the services the site cannot run without: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), form protection (Cloudflare), anonymous statistics (Google Analytics).
Requests from the form are seen by the Hoogo support team. If an operator handles the queue in Telegram, a notification with the text of the request arrives there.
Where the law requires it, data is handed to state authorities — only to the extent the law sets out.
How long it is kept
Requests and correspondence are kept for as long as support and record-keeping need them — and no longer than three years.
Technical logs are short-lived: the hosting overwrites them automatically.
The retention period for anonymous statistics is set in Google Analytics; after that the data is deleted on Google’s side.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or restrict its use. Write to contact@hoogo.dev from the address you used to contact us — the reply arrives within 30 days.
Consent to analytics cookies can be withdrawn at any time — the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to complain to the state data protection authority.
If this policy changes, the updated version appears here, and the date above shows when that happened.
